One of the biggest hurdles in e-business is the integration of diverse business systems. The flow of transactions between different business units inside and out of the company must be smooth and reliable. Applications need to be as scalable as possible to accommodate business growth, and allow for secure data exchange with customers and vendors with a minimum of translation.

Our answer to this problem is to develop modularly on an open, extensible platform. We start out by creating a basic web-based foundation and keep adding modules of functionality to it. Each module addresses a specific business function, and is customizable to exact client requirements. As needs change over time, each module can be tuned and new modules added to enhance functionality.

By separating data and presentation we achieve complete platform independence for our applications. The same data can be used to populate diverse devices. The data is fed through templates created for different devices (web browsers, wireless phones, fax machines, even voicemail systems) to create multiple information sources in realtime. It can also be used to create custom print and CD catalogs, reducing catalog printing and distribution costs to a minimum.

This approach uses XML -- an open standard data markup language that is used worldwide to exchange information between heterogeneous systems. XML is plain text, and it gives meaning to items of information by marking them with tags. This makes it easy for our clients to link to their vendors and customers. Our systems are compliant to most major e-commerce data exchange standards, and are scalable enough to accommodate future business needs.

All content is archived digitally in high resolution file formats, and can be reused for multiple projects in multiple delivery formats.
